CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a full cost payment of the scheduled clean with an opportunity to be rescheduled. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing me at welcomehomecleaningsva@gmail.com, texting or calling 540.255.9151. If you call and there is no answer, please leave a voicemail.
 If I have to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to COVID-19, illness, or an absolute emergency you will not be charged and will be rescheduled if you desire.
